While her dad watches over her from space—he’s an astronaut on a mission—Rocca lives alone with her pet squirrel and goes to a regular school for the first time in her life. Her carefree and unconventional way of life immediately makes her stand out among her classmates. She boldly stands up to the class bullies because Rocca defends justice above all else. That’s why she befriends a homeless man named Caspar and tries to help him. At the same time, she does everything she can to win her grandmother’s heart.”
